Great property. We were a group of 13 and all of us comfortably accommodated . House is better than the pictures show : nice sized kitchen and lounge , spacious bedrooms . Hosts really nice and accommodating. To get to the centre is easy : about a half hour bus drive . Nice for us as we didn’t want to be too near the noise and crowds of the city .

It was very straightforward with clear instructions, given with plenty of time.
Lockbox was very easy to find and close to the property, the keys were available ahead of time which was great as we arrived earlier than planned.

location was okay, not quite what we were expecting adjacent to tesco's carpark!

Absolutely wonderful studio appartment, it's even so much nicer than in the photos! Everything neat, pretty and clean in calming colours.
More than enough towels large and medium nicely put on the bed. Boxbed with practical convenient height. The bathroom has been redone and gives a warm and cozy feeling. Enough light irradiation throughout the entire studio.
No noise from neighbours or neighbourhood at all (we must admit we were only there for one night sunday going on monday). Private parking space. Thank you, we had a nice stay!

Excellent location for our purpose and great value. The hosts have tried to think of everything to make your stay comfortable and convenient and have succeeded. It's cosy but the studio flat is really well laid out and the design is excellent with no shared walls with neighbours (as far as I could work out). I didn't hear anything from any of the other flats in the building.
The location was good for the station. There was a private parking area. Comfy studio flat with everything you need, I cojld happily live there..Hosts were super helpful and nice touch with tea coffee milk sugar and wine. Would highly recommend, we will be returning.
What a find! The Nest is beautifully appointed little studio flat. I travelled alone but it would be equally accommodating for a couple. The furnishings and little touches give the place a luxury feel and, importantly, there was no noise at all from the other flats. There is a fully equipped kitchen and very comfortable settee and bed. Rock solid WiFi. Great walks and parks on the doorstep. Emma, the host, has obviously put a lot of thought and effort into offering a relaxing home-from-home. Highly recommended.
The Nest, Livingston, is located in a quiet residential area. It is located close to the M8 allowing easy access to both Glasgow and Edinburgh.
For those not wanting to drive there are two train stations with quick easy access to Edinburgh.
The studio flat is immaculate and the space has been cleverly and effectively utilised.
It is, clean, comfortable and well equipped.
I would highly recommend it for anyone wanting to avoid the high prices of Edinburgh, but not wishing to skimp on comfort and convenience.
