Location really good for what we wanted and within easy reach of Arundel. Good facilities, convenient, clean and great value. Nicely decorated and modern. Couldn't ask for more and the owner was on hand if you needed anything. Will return and this is our second visit

Great location close to the town centre within 10 mins walk. Lovely furnished large studio apartment. Quiet and comfortable. Excellent kitchen dining area and access to lovely private shared patio. Really brilliant shower and the most comfortable bed ever! great host, easily available whenever required. Excellent value for money... 5 stars!! thoroughly recommend.
I had a very comfortable stay at this studio apartment! The room was very clean, with modern furnishings, and was lovely and quiet. The kitchen had everything I needed for my stay. The power shower was very invigorating to wake me up in the morning! No negatives, really: comfortable and convenient studio, helpful host and all at a great price. very close to the beach and easy for parking (maybe not so much in the summer months?) each apartment is allocated 1 parking space in any case. 24 hour friendly and helpful reception/security. There was an iron and ironing board just for information, and, although we didn't need them, i noticed a travel cot and highchair .

I liked the location, the entire apartment to myself. Local amenities. The apartment was clean with all good mod cons.
Mark was very obliging. He collected me from the bus terminal and dropped me off to station on my last day. Mark was very pleasant.
He provided me with an extra bath towel. Mark provided some groceries such as milk, bread and snacks.
He left his number with me at the start of my stay should I have any problems with the accommodation. But all was okay.
