Clean and good amenities. No heating over night it was cold. Did manage to turn heating on in the morning. Late notice stay so understandable. Lovely hot shower and all clean.

Being from Texas and not knowing how the weather was going to be in England in July, we were adamant about having air conditioning in our rental; so much so that we booked this rental over a year in advance! The two AC units worked wonderfully, and I was happy to be able to control them separately (especially being able to turn one off overnight and set them at different temperatures while we were there during the day). The living and bedroom spaces were cozy and comfortable, and the kitchenette was equipped with everything we needed.

Modern spotlessly clean very comfortable apartment. Private undercover parking area for our car was a bonus. Excellent location within a 2 minute walk of the centre. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Perfect place to stay in Lichfield.
We liked the quiet location not far from Waitrose and the city centre, the understanding and willingness of the hosts to provide a late checkout, the light and airy nature of the flat and the heating, which sadly was needed at times despite being July!

The flat was very clean and comfortable with a modern kitchen and spacious bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated the electric heater in the living room! Claire was a wonderful host and was even so kind as to post me a necklace I'd accidentally left behind. Would recommend!
I was very impressed with the apartment which was immaculate and comfortable and it was very nice to have two bathrooms; it's in an amazing location with views of the Cathedral, private parking and then public parking across the road that we could use on the following morning. I was also grateful to have some cold water in the fridge which is a lovely touch. (We didn't actually use the milk as we had brought some of our own).
The apartment is very clean . You can see the Cathedral from the bedroom window . It is approx 20 minutes walk to the town centre. Good area and pleasant walk.
The flat is really beautiful exceeding expectations, the place was spotless! Everything you needed in a lovely modern kitchen, beds very comfortable and to a very high standard. Book this you will not be disappiointed. There is a beautiful walk with water and lovely wildlife within a stones throw. 10/10
