Parking was in a secure car park for the property and the key safe was adjacent to the allocated parking space The apartment was top floor with great views from the "lookout" over the rooftops towards the sea. The apartment was lovely, clean, well furnished and equipped with everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Beds were comfortable and the whole building was very quiet. We felt at home instantly. The location of the apartment was fantastic within walking distance to many pubs, restaurants, takeaways and the beach. The agents kept in touch before our arrival to ensure a smooth stay. The seagulls were very vocal but, like the locals, we soon zoned them out!

A clean, comfortable and adequately equipped apartment situated in a peaceful residential area. The hassle-free parking facility and outdoor grassed/tree area were both welcome additions, and a bonus to have the convenience of a Tesco Express, Co-op and pub nearby.

Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
Spent a couple of night in the Garden Room in early December. The room was warm, the bed comfortable and the shower powerful. I asked for an extra pillow and this was provided. The cooked breakfast which is served in the house was hearty and delicious. If the idea of staying in a converted garage in someone's back garden on a (very nice) housing estate seems a bit strange to you, don't let it put you off! The location was great for getting around and the whole set-up was perfect for what we needed for our short stay in Suffolk.
