Perfect location, for going into watford one evening for mini golf / food and then off to Harry potter studios the day after. The stay was warm and cosy, perfect for a few nights.

Really beautifully made, everything was thought about for maximum comfort and luxurious feel despite being a small space. Excellent design and space used so well for a outer city getaway
Robes were great for hot tub and the pod was an amazing alternative outdoor space, as well as ninja grill, fire and hot tub area! Situated on lovely grounds with walks around. Hosts were friendly and helped when needed with deliveries and setting up sauna. Well done to them! Will be back soon

Everything you might need was provided in this spacious summer room at the back of the owners property. The location of the nearby shop is great for nipping to get a pint of milk when you arrive. It’s great that essentials of tea and coffee were provided and also shower gel / shampoo, towels etc.
The location for a Harry Potter studio tour is great. It took me and my 9 year old 11 mins to reach the studio, which was as described. It’s a safe, pleasant and flat route.
We got a taxi from Watford station for £10.
Stayed for two nights, two adults, two children. Excellent location for visiting Warner Bros Studios, 15 minute walk or 3 minutes in a car. Handy Co-op shop within 15 minutes stroll and easy access to motorways. Nice quiet location. Our kids absolutely loved the Harry Potter theme in the apartment 😀
Apartment is cosy, nice and well equipped. Short distance to Harry Potter studio. My daughter loved the bunk bed. Dinner or/and breakfast can be prepared if necessary. Wi-fi works well. Tv in each room. A small backyard. Lovely place and great value for money. I definitely recommend it.

The apartment was fantastic - it was a great location and the place definitely wowed us, especially given the price we’d paid for it in a really central area. We were so impressed! There was a little room for improvement on the cleanliness front with the showers and sinks, but nothing that would put me off using them or coming back! We were staying to go to Warner Bros Studio and it was a perfect location about 10 mins away from the apartment. Has TV to watch, including Netflix, and an en suite and main bathroom. Exceeded our expectations.
The location is 2 minutes drive from the Harry Potter Studios tour which was spot on for us. The apartment is very comfortable for a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) or two sets of couples (if one is happy to stay in the bunk beds). It's really well appointed and decorated to a very high standard. Lovely welcome and free parking outside - although it's quite a squeeze on the road.

Lovely apartment with a nice little garden. John was very friendly and greeted us upon arrival and gave us tips on local shops and takeaways. 5 minutes walk to Harry Potter studios. Nice quiet street with free parking. I would recommend and we would definitely stay again.
Since we'd only booked the apartment because we visited the Warner Bros. Studio Tour, our expectations were exceeded by far when we discovered it was really only a short walk to it. On top of that, we arrived before our scheduled check-in time and couldn't have fathomed the warm welcoming we were greeted with. The hosts are absolutely incredible and immediately provided us with an outstanding recommendation as to where we could eat out.
