The apartment truly was home away from home. Everything was very lovingly prepared and arranged. We loved to have good cooking ware. The location is both quiet and restful yet close to Melrose restaurants, grocery stores, museums, and hikes. Our hosts were thoughtful and professional, and very easy to contact.
Featuring mountain views, this apartment also features free Wifi. Renovated apartment, Galashiels A7 features 1 bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, a washing machine, and...

For travelers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
Really warm and comfortable. Very convenient location. Although a ground floor flat I felt very safe. Easy to park outside. Bed very comfortable. Problem with the TV solved straight away.
Lovely clean well furnished apartment, all that was advertised.
Enjoyable evening walk following the Garden Trail left for us.
Good Coffee at the art/gift shop which opens at 9.30am
Beautiful, well-equipped and spacious apartment which acted as an ideal base for our trip to Scotland and the Northumberland coast.
Lovely grounds and surrounding area - the walking routes via the rear of the castle are recommended.
Great value for money.
Just perfect for an overnight stay for us - great to cook our own meal and the highlight was the washing machine. Arrived cold and wet but the flat warmed up quickly. Great communication from owner re entry which was easy. Central location for Scottish border abbeys.
Perfect hotel for a short stay. Great base for exploring the borders. Lovely spacious & clean room. Furnishings & decor modern & characterful. Fresh flowers throughout the hotel. Friendly, chatty & informative hands-on owners & compliments to the chef, as the food was the best we’d had in much of Scotland when travelling. Decent selection of drinks at the bar & the dining environment was the right mix of decorative but informal. Highly recommend & great value for the price.
A cosy place in a great location, close to local shops and only 30 minutes away from Edinburgh. The flat is of a good size, nice bathroom with good water pressure from the shower.
Lovely, well kept apartment, clean and cosy. Kind and helpful host. Handy for the main road where there was a great cafe called Flatcat Art Gallery, and the take away shop Marmaris was great too. Local Co-Op was just round the corner. Short drive to Thirleston Castle and Melrose Abbey. Weather was awful or else we would have explored more and also sat out on the lovely decked patio area. Maybe next time!
