Has everything you could possibly need. We visited Hove for a family occasion and would definitely book with Mark again . Only thing we found the Check out at 10am on a Sunday was too early with kids.

Kira beach is an absolutely stunning accommodation, in a perfect (near) beach-front location. The home is exceptionally well designed, decorated and furnished, with such incredible attention to detail (as if each inch has been carefully curated). There is a fabulous courtyard off the master bedroom and lovely garden area out back. The owners couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying again.

Very well equipped apartment with a "home from home" feel. Clean and comfortable. There was milk, breakfast cereal, bread and store cupboard goods for us to use, plus bathroom cabinets full of toiletries for our use. Thoughtful touches.
Everything in this accomodation was perfect. The owner was very kind and helpful. The flat was very comfortable, nice and well equiped. Absolutely nothing was missing. Short way to the beach and shops, oposite was great Fish and Chips.
Great location, straight across road from train station, pubs and shops within a few hundred metres. Loads of eating out options. Cheap secure parking at train station straight across the road (weekly and monthly options are best). Exterior is a little deceiving, apartment is presented very well inside. Short walk to beach. Lots to like about this place. Great value for money.
Spectacular views across the beach from the apartment. Lovely beach, mostly pebble and pretty quiet most of the time. Easy access to larger beach resorts at Brighton and Worthing if needed.
Modern, spacious and very clean apartment. All the little essentials were provided e.g washing up liquid, soap, tea and coffee.
The cafe downstairs was really convenient. Excellent breakfast and pizzas. Very friendly and efficient staff.

The apartment is well located for beach, buses, restaurants and shops and lots of walks for children and dogs. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the hosts and communication were great.
This is a very well equipped apartment close to Lancing beach. Everything worked and the host was kind enough to greet us and they had left us with some essential supplies.
Kerrie, the owner, was so helpful and great at answering our questions and giving us tips.
The flat was warm, very comfortable and clean. It was great to have a washing machine, but there is no dryer. However, a drying rack is provided. The location is great as there is public transport very nearby to get into Brighton. The beaches and villages at this location are also lovely to visit. It is much less expensive than staying in Brighton, so it is a great value for money.

Exceptionally quiet. I loved the bed it's so comfortable ☺️ the whole flat is tastefully decorated throughout.the kitchen has everything you need including some condiments
