The room was not clean and not prepared when we checked in. After we try to call the host explain it was a mistake by send they cleaning lady to prepare the wrong place. They send someone to clean quite fast the lady was very friendly. We left out and come back after 1.30 hour the room was clean and comfortable. The building and the place is quiet and beautiful.

Lots of options in the area for food. The flat was easy to get into and all of the information needed was sent the night before. The Apartment was nice and quiet with fast internet.
Great, pleasant, well appointed studio apartment in a great location by the canal, walked into Lancaster for our evening meal. Great extra touches like milk, chocolates, washing up materials, toiletries etc. Perfect for a couple.

Angela went out of her way to accomodate my vegan diet with respect to the continental breakfast. A gorgeous garden and seating area with many an avian visitor.
The studio apartment was very comfortable with all the necessary mod-con furnishings for a comfortable self-catering stay. Really appreciated the modern facilities and large open space (and high ceilings) despite it being a studio. Bed was comfortable and because there was not very many studios within the building itself, we didn't receive too much noise or disruption from other occupants.
Location was absolutely perfect- in the heart of the city but so quiet it didn’t feel like it. Apartment was stunning, so clean and gorgeous- I’ve taken notes for my flat!! Could not fault anything :)

Self-contained studio flat with double bed, essential kitchen and bathroom with shower. The kitchen has plates, pans, a toaster, a cafeteria and a kettle making it easier to use it on a daily base.
