We had the pleasure of staying here around Christmas, and it was a great time! As soon as we entered we felt very much at home and more than welcome. The owner had put down a very sweet and delicious welcome package for us; a great gesture! Everything was wonderfully clean, the house is decorated with great taste and luxury and has a lot of real Scottish details. We could watch/stream our favorite Christmas movies and cook a delicious meal in the beautiful kitchen. There are enough supermarkets in the town, there are many possibilities for walking (e.g. along the Fife Coast) and it has a cozy atmosphere. Communication with the owner was great! We actually didn't want to go home ;-) An absolute must!

Very spacious, well equipped and comfortable apartment, above the garage of a large modern house. Lovely bathroom. Private entrance. Quiet location and a good base for visiting places of interest in the area.
Owners were friendly and staff excellent. Enjoyed lovely food in a modern comfortable dining area. Best/tastiest breakfast of our trip!!

Wonderful location just out of Kinross and great walks plus Gleneagles only 11 miles. The accommodation is beautiful and our host was fabulous. We were so pleasantly surprised by our Studio apartment beautiful. The Welcome basket was just amazing, I have never seen such a choice.. All was super clean, comfortable bed and TV if you wished. Just perfect. thank you. All I can say is we made an excellent choice of place to stay.
Breakfast was fabulous. A la carte breakfast menu including muesli, fruit salad, porridge, full english, omelettes, kippers etc etc. We were given an apartment, I had booked a three bed room, so we ended up with two bedrooms and a very spacious flat.
The studio was immaculate and very attractive, ideal for a couple for a short stay. My family rented nearby property where the whole extended family could gather. And we were very lucky with the weather.
