Our host Roger goes above & beyond for his guests. The little flat has everything we needed. Even supplying us rides from the train station on Arrival at 930 pm and departure by bus at 7am.
We had a couple requests. The heat was not warm enough for us and rodger turned it up immediately upon request. We had a problem with the key getting stuck and the lock was repaired.
The rooms were lovely. Fresh clean linen. A little wash machine was wonderful to use after we figured it out. Rodger has been hosting for many years. A true delight to have conversation with about totnes and surrounding area.
If I'm ever to go to totnes again would book the little elbow room again.
The location was walking distance for everything we needed. The natural food store right across the street. The hill going up and down the main street of shops. Totnes castle was a block away.

Message regarding where property was located was only sent at 2:55 when we were due to check in at 3pm. Once we had these access was straight forward. However we did not have phone access until about 3.30 so went to funeral directors next door! They had no idea where property was.
Original instructions postcode sent us to the funeral directors at the back of the property!!

Clean, well presented, comfortable little apartment, with nice friendly hosts, in a great location, with plenty to do in the vicinity. Private space, and a perfect bed for the night, plus somewhere pleasant to be during the day, if you are staying in.
Absolutely beautiful place, very clean. Janice and Andrew are brilliant hosts. There was a lovely welcome pack on our arrival and we loved everything about this property including our own garden space with beautiful outdoor seating.
We were walking the coast path and the Sail Loft is only a short drive away from Kingsbridge which has a great bus network for getting around.
Location was very picturesque, surrounded by farmland and not far from Kingsbridge. The accommodation was cosy and fully equipped for a self catering stay. It suited our needs perfectly for a short stay in Devon before catching the ferry in Plymouth.
A lovely studio flat with independent access. I would be very happy to stay here again. Breakfast not expected but there was a loaf of bread, butter, milk and jam provided. Very comfy bed, excellent facilities. Quiet. View of the hills in the distance. Easy access from the town. It was my base for a kayak trip from Salcombe to Hope Cove.
The flat was spacious and querky and had a well equipped kitchen. The picture window also gave a nice feel to the lounge.
We were happy with Rosie, the point of contact, who was responsive to our requests for assistance when it appeared that the fridge was not working, as she was willing to come to the apartment and sort the matter had she needed to.
