This is a great little apartment with a fabulously comfortable double bed and a sofa bed. The kitchen and bathroom are modern and very clean. In fact I think the kitchen is the best equipped I've ever experienced in a rental property. Location is great too - right opposite Kenilworth castle and next to a couple of lovely cafes, restaurant and a pub!! The host also responded really quickly too to any queries I had prior to arrival. Overall a great stay.

Lovely spacious, modern apartment situated near the castle and a lovely walk through the park to the centre of town. 2 great pubs only metres away, which serve great drinks and food. The apartment is finished to a high degree and has every amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Also available was a parking permit for a space directly outside the property.
I cannot recommend the Cosy Garden View Apartment highly enough, very pleased with our stay.
The apartment was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, modern and with everything I needed for my stay. Although a studio apartment, it was a good size and with a generous sized bathroom. It was a perfect space for one person. It was very convenient for the town centre, only five minutes drive away and also close to Kenilworth Castle and to the A46 for further afield. There is a parking space just outside too which was very handy.
This is an extremely well-furnished and exceptionally clean studio apartment. The host was there with the keys when I arrived and I could easily park at the front. The property was equipped with all the appliances one would expect and there were even some extras such as milk in the fridge.
