The flat was central and had everything that you needed. It was clean and tidy. There was even complimentary fizz and water for us! It was a bit small but sufficient for a couple and it felt warm and cosy. The host was good at communicating with me and very friendly.

The studio is very well equipped and comfortably furnished. It is bright and airy and has good heating. It has a lovely shower room with a very good shower. Jane is an excellent host and provided valuable local information and made sure we had everything for a comfortable stay. The location is very handy for Melrose, a 15 minute walk, and also close to get onto the A68 for exploring the local area or further afield into Edinburgh.

Location was perfect, central to everything. The apartment was spotless clean and was equipped with everything we needed and more. Beds were very comfortable.
Great location for going out hiking.
There are only 2 main bars in town worth visiting as most of the others close by 9.30 as does most of the town tbh.

This is a compact but beautifully clean and well appointed flat in a great location. It was spotless with beautiful linen, towels etc, a great shower and incredibly comfortable bed. Love the milk, shortbread etc left by the host - so thoughtful!
very cean & clearly recently refurbished & had everything you might need for a self-catering holiday. It was in the centre of the town but was also quiet and had free parking nearby. Owner & manager were easily contactable and promptly addressed any questions/issues we raised. The apartment was situated close to the town"s places of interest, i.e.within walking distance.
