Cottages were well equipped with all the mod cons. Rooms were spacious.. Very quiet on large grounds. Quality linen and towels. Close to Inverary and attractions. Would stay here again.

The location was idyllic, and more so because we had sunny dry weather in September! however one of the locals told us its just as peaceful and beautiful when its raining. Rowan house bed and breakfast is a great place to stay if you want to feel at home in the gorgeous area of Loch Goil and Carrick Castle ruins. The hosts (Scott and Anna, and their cute dog "Mac") went above and beyond to make our two night stay as wonderful as possible. The menu choice for breakfast has a good variety of options, including vegetarian options. The home made bread which they toasted for us in the morning was delicious! Anna also writes books and I was so happy to be able to buy some of her self help journals and books. The boat house cafe, and Drymsinie estate are good places nearby to enjoy a meal or coffee.

Location was perfect. The apartment was utterly gorgeous and wonderful to stay in. Kirstin was a fantastic host and was super helpful with everything. I wouldn’t hesitate in staying here on my next trip to Inverary.
Great location amazing views and modern rooms also. Facilities are fantastic and staff were so accommodating letting us use facilities both days. Also a newly married couple checked in before us and the staff upgraded their room which I thought was a great gesture.
Hugely overpriced for a room that offered nothing that shouldn't be absolutely standard. Just booked a whole penthouse apartment in centre of Porto for less than this hotel charged for 1 night without breakfast.
