So well equipped with more than everything you could need! Games, info, biscuits, milk, tea... It was endless. We've never been to a place that is so thoughtful. Genuinely the best stay we've had.

Beautiful property. You need at least 2-3 full days to enjoy the property and the beautiful of their countryside. I wish we had more time. Ot was really amazing.

It was all lovely, from the cream tea so beautifully presented with a teaset, and the ample supply of tea and coffee, to the lovely homely touches and decorations throughout. We didn't have children but the second bedroom would be a very welcoming one for them. The apartment is spacious, peaceful, well furnished and loved and very well equipped with everything you could need. It has beautiful views to Instow and beyond, although the weather wasn't so accommodating in that respect. Would highly recommend. Thank you Clare 💗

My family and I loved everything about this beautiful apartment its clean, its stylish, its cosy and it feels like home. Excellent location.
Claire & Drew are a great host, they kept in contact before our visit and asked us how we wanted the rooms arranged and allowed us extra time before checking out.
We will definitely visit again and highly recommend this Lovely flat to anyone who wants to stay in Instow 😉
Beautiful flat - decorated and kitted out to a high standard, lovely finishing touches (eg Christmas decorations - we stayed over NYE). Plenty of space for us (2 adults and 1 child age 4). Great location - short drive to the beach which was great for some windy walks and exploring the sand dunes (would also be fine to walk in nicer weather). The owners were very response on messages and lovely to deal with. Would definitely stay again.
The property was in a great location just of of the main road but wasn’t too noisy. The flat itself was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean and felt like a home. The owners had put together some nice ideas of places to visit and eat and we had a lovely meal at The Boathouse in Instow which was recommended. The communications with the owners was always prompt and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here and would love to stay again in the future

Cosy, warm , stylish , beautifully decorated - two very comfortable bedrooms , excellent fitted modern kitchen with everything you need for a weekend break!
Great internet connection with all the mod- cons for a movie night in on a stormy night!
The flat was spotlessly clean and had all you needed to make you feel at home. There were a lot of things made available as
infusions, a coffee machine, hot chocolate sachets, and even a bottle of bubbly in the fridge.
The beds were so comfortable!
I was also touched by the fact that the owners had acted on the comments of different people to make the flat even better.
I would definitely recommend the place to other people if they are to come to this part of England, and would definitely stay there again.
Fab location, not far at all from Westward Ho! Flat was lovely and clean, had all necessary facilities for our short stay. Easy to locate and great communication from the host. The bottle of bubbles was a lovely touch. Would definitely stay again!
