The accommodation has a very comfortable bed and a great shower room. The kitchen facility is a little basic but there are good cafes/restaurants nearby if required. Simon is a good host. Burley in Wharfedale is a beautiful village with great transport links to explore the countryside.

Absolutely everything. It was my 2nd time here and I will be back. There’s everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The owners and staff are so lovely and are always there if you need anything or have questions. There’s also a 24 hr shop just over the road. A shopping retail park just a 15 minute walk away too. I love the fact you can watch a film in the jacuzzi bath too and Bluetooth your phone to the sauna to play music. Just 10/10 all round.

Ilkley Studio is a comfortable, spacious, well-equipped studio flat, with its own off-street parking in a quiet street just a short walk from Ilkley two centre and all its shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and sports facilities. There is a good train and bus service and walks across the moors are just a few minutes away, with fantastic views across Wharfedale.
Well located, very clean and comfortable, well equipped with everything we needed for our short stay in Ilkley. Very nice to have off road private parking and we also liked having a 3 pm check in and midday checkout, not all self catering properties offer this.
The location is convenient and it’s a nicely designed studio apartment. Also got most amenities and free coffee, tea and milk. The kitchen facilities a very well equipped if anyone would like to cook. It’s great value for money.
Great place to stay when in Yorkshire Dales. Communication with host is very easy and fast. Place it beautiful - there is a lovely bedroom with a very comfortable bed, kitchen is fully equipped, place is rather spacious. There are a lot of books in the studio, so a great place for book lovers :)
I also received very detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment, so there was no problem with finding it.
Definitely recommend! The location is also great - I was hiking in Yorkshire Dales and Ilkley is situated perfectly!

Great location with parking, plenty of room despite it being a studio apartment, it was clean and comfortable and in a quiet neighbourhood. It was also good having a small space to sit outside. Ilkley is a lovely place with plenty to do but also a great base for visiting nearby towns and villages.

very grateful to Stephen for letting me park early before check in and stay late the next day after check in allowing me to do a two day course at Mrs Duttons for Buttons with free, secure parking both days.
Stephen was very caring and attentive, trying to sort out the bedroom tv and updating the WiFi in the lounge tv so I could watch a film. he worked a very long day and led by example throughout- very impressive.
Great apartment, wonderful location almost opposite the station with panoramic views out of the bedrooms to the north. Ilkley's main streets are just round the corner, and it's possible to walk up to the moor behind the flat.
The flat is clean and comfortable, with all mod cons, plenty of milk, tea etc, dishwasher and cooking facilities.
There is a private parking space behind the flat, but also on-street parking out the front which is free until 8:30.
Lovely studio flat, exactly as described and great value for money. Located on a quiet street with allocated parking. Very clean and also a nice touch that they provided tea, milk, sugar, breakfast cereal etc. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.
