We enjoyed the experience of staying in such a modern, comfortable and thoughtfully designed studio flat. It had everything we needed.
The flat is in a super location - easy walk to local pubs or convenient takeaways. Wollaton Park, with its lake, amazing trees and deer is a short walk away.
Owner was welcoming and helpful. We had a great couple of days.

I stayed here with my son for his graduation. The flat was perfect for this, 2 double bedrooms, good kitchen and longue area with a bar for eating. The flat is light and airy, the parking was grest too.
It was walking didtance to the uni area and also we had a nice stroll around the aboretum across the road. Communication was great, and we were given good directions to find and access the flat which was easy.

This is the third time I've stayed in this place in Ilkeston. What I love about it: its really quiet and peaceful - perfect for an overnight stay when you've got work the next day. The host is really responsive and nothing is too much trouble. Its great to have a lovely space to relax and unwind, watch some telly and put your feet up. The wifi is good and the tv has Netflix etc. The bed is lovely and comfortable. I've booked another few nights!

It was a fantastic stay, the host was very friendly and provided very clear information for the trip, it was just what I needed for my short stay. The room was really clean and I couldn’t fault anything! I would highly recommend this property!

The host and the bistro staff downstairs were very friendly and delicious breakfast options to choose from. Lovely places in Derbyshire to visit were made easy with the location of the apartment and the gated parking was convenient for us too. Thank you Vanessa for the hospitality, it was really pleasant and will come back again !

Comfortable spacious accommodation for a large group of 6 - 8 with reasonable amenities. Ideally located to explore Nottingham and the Peak District and close to super markets and good restaurants and takeaways. Continental breakfast represents cereal and milk...which while not much is more than what self catering accommodations offer usually. Clean towels provided. Beds were clean and very comfortable.
