Absolutely everything, the flat is beyond what you'd expect. It has a lovely terrace, the kitchen has everything you could need but there are loads of restaurants near by. Lounge, bedrooms and bathrooms do not disappoint. There's even parking on site. The owner also leaves a few things in the fridge for you and a lovely welcome card.

The property had everything we needed for our stay. Excellent location with easy walk to the high street and sea-front. Very peaceful and quiet. The host was very friendly and helpful.

Location was great, easy to find, lots of facilities in the vicinity. Apartment was spacious (although the living wasn't that big, there were 3 bedrooms and a separate kitchen) and well equipped. There was plenty of storage space. Contrary to the warning, the Internet speed was adequate for some casual streaming of the Olympics ;) As a bonus you can get some very tasty scones in the downstairs restaurant.

This apartment is absolutely stunning. New, very spacious, clean and amazing attention to detail.
Perfect location, it couldn't be closer to the beach unless it was on the sand!
Handy to have the welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits.
The free parking is great and clear instructions from the owners how to gain access to the keys and the car park.
We also received a welcome email with lots of helpful tips including the wifi password. Everything, absolutely everything was provided, washing machine and dishwasher, tea towel, fairy liquid, washing up sponge, crockery, cutlery, condiments and cooking utensils.
Also plenty of towels, flannels and bedding that smelt of fresh fabric conditioner. There was lots of socket points, an airer, hairdryer and lots of other essentials. We will definitely return.
There was even a function on the kitchen taps for boiling water for a cuppa!
Also, board games and books were provided.
Josh and Laura, the owners have clearly thought of everything!

Really lovely flat - clean, cozy and comfortable. Great location, only 15 min walk from the train station, really close to the seaside and the park. Being pet friendly is a huge plus, we were comfortable staying here with our dog.

Comfort, friendly reception and helpful, clean, very nicely decorated, very useful location. It was very good for our short stay. We would certainly book again.
Location, decor, cleanliness, communication resources at apartment were excellant.
Only complaint was the mattress on the trundle pull out was very uncomfortable but the sofa was comfy so my Son decamped to the living room.
