The flat was very spacious well decorated. Very comfortable. Comfortable bed plenty of bedding if needed. Bath and shower was very good. Overall the flat was more than we expected.

The size of the property. Plenty of space and bonus having two bathrooms with 4-6 people staying. Very clean, homely, comfortable and the nice extras were a lovely surprise. Close to everything but still far enough to be away from the noise and busy parts. Very easily accessible and Allison was fantastic in answering any queries we had very promptly. A perfect stay.
Nearby Mexican restaurant Ojo Rojo lovely food and would recommend it. Also went to Mulligans for cocktails and crazy golf which was great fun. Escape Hunt is also fun should anyone be looking for some activities.

Property was in a good location, only a 7 minute walk into Bournemouth town centre, communication with the host was good and checking in/out was really easy. The property itself was larger than we expected, and spotlessly clean. There was complimentary tea coffee and milk (which was great as I’d left the milk I brought for our trip at work!). Kitchen well stocked with cups/glasses…etc and it was all new/clean. Only improvement I would suggest is a brighter lightbulb is needed in the sitting room and curtains/blinds on an the windows in the sitting room as when using the sofa bed it was very bright early in the morning. What a little gem of a property and ideally located for a day/night out in Bournemouth town centre. Will definitely re book if staying in Bournemouth again.

Really lovely place in a quiet area, great for relaxation or like me for staying whilst working locally. The hosts are really great and very friendly. Excellent value for money and you car park right next to the apartment. The room has everything you need.
Great relaxing venue, calming & charming.. unfortunately, we didn't get to try the full breakfast as we had to leave early hours for our ferry trip. They were very accommodating, letting us have some breakfast bit in our room ready before we leave.. thank you .. highly recommended
How clean and modern the apartment was, so lovely to have tea ,coffee,milk and kitchen appliances, sofa bed unfortunately not so comfortable ,but apart from that really loved our stay, thankyou
It was very handy for Bournemouth Airport for an early flight. Lovely little apartment with great facilities. Very comfy bed. I only stayed overnight and had an early taxi though my host said she would have driven me had it been a later flight. Very secure. I did not use the outside facilities barbecue etc. Wifi connection was good.
It’s a beautiful, well-equipped, compact apartment in a very quiet setting. The hosts, Elmarie & Stuart are absolutely amazing - it really did feel like we were staying with family.
We only had a "short stay" as we had an early morning flight so did not make use of the breakfast but Mike gave us a very warm welcome and the note on the door when we left in the morning was a very nice touch. Very comfortable, clean room with everything we needed and for us the location to Bournemouth Airport was excellent, literally 5 minutes up the road, although Heronshaw House is in a lovely rural location. Would definitely use again.
