Very smart apartment as the picture on the site shows, this flat is on the ground floor just to one side of the main entrance, very close to Hounslow central tube station and the center shopping area ,the Hounslow market is a multi choice food hub great if you want to try food from around the world, but the flat has plenty of cooking utensils if you prefer to cook ,a large fridge and plenty of cupboard space with some supplies already there ,a large shower and plenty of towels,we did sleep well but we did have very busy days .
Great location and lovely apartment. Everything you need for a short stay is in tge apartment. Great facilities. I've stayed in a lot of the apartments and number 13 definitely my favourite.
They asked me to pay the deposit first and I had difficulties to pay it.
When I arrived the apartment, I could not pick up the key. By some way after 9 pm I could get in the room after I paid the deposit of 150 pounds and the rental fee of 250 pounds for two nights. After that it was OK.
However, still they haven't paid back the deposit to me.
The staff were friendly and helpful, letting us into our room earlier than check-in time. The room was very comfortable. The food choices are limited but very tasty and well presented. The breakfast was excellent. The location right next to a car rental location is perfect and the Heathrow Hoppa stops right outside.
Self catering accommodation so cooked ourselves, would have been better with enough forks to eat and cups for drinks. Convenient location, generally a nice apartment.
