31A Urban Stays is a fantastic studio with everything you need for a perfect stay. It's design and layout are amazing. Very spacious and brilliant combination of luxury, technology and modern design. It's genuinely really cool! The Urban Lounge downstairs is great too with delicious fresh food and great coffee.
Urban Stays hosts Kieron and Lauren are absolutely brilliant. We had a long stay and had a fair bit of interaction with them. They are both so lovely friendly and helpful and provide exceptional customer service 24/7.
The location of the studio is brilliant too. Magdalen Road is very vibrant and full of great shops, cafes and restaurants. It's also a short walk to the city centre and the cathedral.
We absolutely loved staying here and had a great time. We highly recommend Urban Stays and will definitely be staying again. Thank you to everyone at Urban Stays and look forward to seeing you again soon.

Deceptively spacious, lovely and warm, generous amount of breakfast, snacks, tea and coffee, plenty of room to park and convenient location (great for the airport if you need it). Comfortable warm well equipped centrally located. The beds were extremely comfortable. The hosts were very communicative and checking in and out was very straightforward. Highly recommended.

The pictures of this property don't do it justice. It is such a beautiful place to stay. Exceptionally clean. Everything is modern and newly decorated. The host was lovely and made us feel so welcome. She even left us some fresh bread, butter and jam on arrival.
As a family we prefer to stay in an apartment style place when away. This is by far the nicest that we have stayed in.
Everything! Caroline's attention to detail is second to none. I have stayed in many apartments throughout the UK and Channel Islands through my work. This is without doubt one of the best I've had the pleasure to stay in. My advice would be, if it is available, book it! You won't be disappointed. Beautiful space and nicely decorated, really and the area of was quiet which is exactly what we needed. Caroline was a great host and showed us around the apartment but was not at all intrusive.
