Location good, pubs, restaurants, shop all within walking distance. Good secure parking a definite asset. Well located for the Cotswold's area. Clean, tidy, good quality accommodation with simple instructions to gain access. Nice balcony area to sit outside in nice weather a bonus. Kitchen area had all required amenities.

Everything! Couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. First of all great hosts, Paul and Jo were really lovely and helpful. All essentials provided, milk in fridge and a pretty bouquet of roses which was a really nice touch.
I'd failed to see the welcome info with instructions on how to get in and wifi codes etc but Paul was on hand to help. Nothing to do with Jo and Paul I missed it on the Booking.com app. The keys would normally be in a lock box.
We only stayed 1 night but was very impressed and will return. A lovely appointed cottage, we found it quiet and relaxing and the seating area outside made it easy to unwind. Central location for places to visit with the bonus of a nice pub (The Plough Inn) approx 10 minutes walk from the cottage where we had a fab pizza yum very tasty.

Superbly appointment studio with everything you could want including a really good breakfast selection. The foldaway table and chairs for eating in the room was a great idea - many times in studios we have had to manage on our lap. A nice welcome from the friendly host and excellent tips about places to eat/visit in the area surrounding the lovely village in which the accommodation is situated. Highly recommended
Very tastefully appointed studio apartment, very nice host, good continental breakfast provided, quiet area a short walk of perhaps 15mins to centre of town and the very good Hook Norton brewery another 5-10mins further. Hosts unobtrusive and respectful of privacy but reachable if guests have any questions or concerns. Private off road parking.

The location is wonderfully quiet and peaceful. We were welcomed by the lovely host, Nigel who gave us all the information we needed to enjoy our two night stay. The studio apartment is exceptionally clean, light and contemporary. Plenty of of food and drinks for breakfast. We had all we needed for a super stay.
a really well-appointed studio apartment in a quiet residential road in Hook Norton. it had a small kitchen with tea and coffee, other refreshments and food for breakfast. it had a good shower and strong wifi with off street parking at the front. it was exceptionally clean. Nigel is an excellent host and explained how everything worked when I arrived. Great for a peaceful stay for either a couple or solo traveller
Owner was incredibly helpful. The studio was cleverly done out with everything you would need for a short stay. The shower in particular was amazing. I was delighted by the breakfast options made available and would thoroughly recommend staying here.
We liked absolutely everything about the studio apartment. It's beatiful, spotlessly clean, ample selection for our lovely continental breakfast, a 5 star bathroom and excellent off road parking. The studio apartment has all the comodities for a fab stay!
