Excellent property in a bit of a dodgy location. On one occasion we returned to find someone suspiciously trying numbers on the keypad. We walked a circuit of the complex before returning so that we didn’t have them ‘tailgate’ us in.
The facilities inside were superb and food and refreshments were kindly left for us.
It was very warm during the night each evening and it was a choice of opening the windows and letting the noise in or putting fans on.
Overall an excellent apartment with great facilities.

Parking was in a secure car park for the property and the key safe was adjacent to the allocated parking space The apartment was top floor with great views from the "lookout" over the rooftops towards the sea. The apartment was lovely, clean, well furnished and equipped with everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Beds were comfortable and the whole building was very quiet. We felt at home instantly. The location of the apartment was fantastic within walking distance to many pubs, restaurants, takeaways and the beach. The agents kept in touch before our arrival to ensure a smooth stay. The seagulls were very vocal but, like the locals, we soon zoned them out!

This little flat is perfect for two people. A lovely light feel from dormer windows. Beautifully kitted out to a very high standard. The single beds were roomy and very comfortable. All as clean as a new pin. Lovely to have some books, maps and dvds.

Loved the door with the glass Juliet balcony. Once it was dark it was lovely to stand looking up at the stars with no light pollution! Super bathroom & kitchen & large comfortable beds.

Ideal accommodation for a couple and well located for day trips to seaside towns such as Aldeburgh or Woodbridge and only a few miles from Sutton Hoo.
The local village also has a Morrison local so self catering (dash for a bottle of wine) wouldn't be a problem.
everything , I stay overnight 2 times every week all year round all over the country and I wish every place was like this . Super comfortable with everything one can imagine supplied from cutlery and dishes to Sky TV , dvd player and fast broadband . Apartment is all new , fresh , super clean , warm and cosy . Owners are lovely and not intrusive yet helpful and very kind
The location was lovely and peaceful, the facilities and the apartment were very well appointed, clean and nothing was lacking. Just a short journey into the village and well located to visit a number of other villages and towns around the area. The owners were very welcoming and helpful on our arrival and were on hand if needed. Will hopefully return in the future and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.
