It was clean and so smart. The little freebies like milk, bread, breakfast and the Prosecco are brilliant. Everywhere was exceptionally clean. The host Ben was brilliant too especially with communication. I saw someone moaning that there was a derelict building opposite the balcony but it’s not a “run down” building and to be honest, it was nice not having anyone be able to look over. You can see the river from the balcony also. There wasn’t much noise at all, only everyday traffic you’d hear anywhere. I would and will be staying here again.

Immaculately clean and well presented. Very comfortable bed and pillows. No dust thanks to lovely wooden floors. Warm - good underfloor heating. Interiors fresh and in perfect condition. Everything seemed new incredible lawn running down to the mere.

This little flat is perfect for two people. A lovely light feel from dormer windows. Beautifully kitted out to a very high standard. The single beds were roomy and very comfortable. All as clean as a new pin. Lovely to have some books, maps and dvds.

Loved the door with the glass Juliet balcony. Once it was dark it was lovely to stand looking up at the stars with no light pollution! Super bathroom & kitchen & large comfortable beds.

Ideal accommodation for a couple and well located for day trips to seaside towns such as Aldeburgh or Woodbridge and only a few miles from Sutton Hoo.
The local village also has a Morrison local so self catering (dash for a bottle of wine) wouldn't be a problem.
everything , I stay overnight 2 times every week all year round all over the country and I wish every place was like this . Super comfortable with everything one can imagine supplied from cutlery and dishes to Sky TV , dvd player and fast broadband . Apartment is all new , fresh , super clean , warm and cosy . Owners are lovely and not intrusive yet helpful and very kind
The location was lovely and peaceful, the facilities and the apartment were very well appointed, clean and nothing was lacking. Just a short journey into the village and well located to visit a number of other villages and towns around the area. The owners were very welcoming and helpful on our arrival and were on hand if needed. Will hopefully return in the future and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.
