It's a great spot to go walking in either direction along the wall and other numerous local walks, or visit the various local roman sites and digs etc. The adjacent pub is a bonus for excellent food and drink.

Lovely studio apartment with everything we needed, nice and clean and comfy, the bonus was the restaurant and bar just down stairs where the food was excellent and the staff fantastic.
The rental was self catering and the kitchen was equipped and roomy with a good size dining table. The location was very central. The living room and main bedroom were very spacious with a nice view. And the whole flat was clean and in good condition.
Booked the studio apartment it was beautiful lovely room, gorgeous surroundings and a warm friendly welcome from the staff that made you feel like you were home from home
Great location and the studio apartment was fantastic value. The children loved the fairy lights around the cabin beds. The kitchen area was relatively well equipped but in any case the food in the restaurant was great. Everyone was very helpful.

Nicely furnished property in a very central location for all amenities. The flat is above a property shop with two flights of stairs for access to the two floors. It is situated at the end of the block and the windows provide a lovely view of the street, and the park opposite. Ample free private parking at rear of property as a bonus, and my large SUV slotted in with no problems. Tea facilities etc, and fully furnished very modern kitchen. Whole apartment was very spacious and comfortable.
