Fantastic location only a few minutes walk from the river. Clean, spacious accommodation above the friendly pub. We stayed here for three nights as a family of six and would definitely return.

The Annexe was just perfect for our night away in Marlow. The room was very tastefully decorated and the bed was incredibly comfortable, with an very nice and very powerful shower. The location was peaceful and perfectly located to get in to Marlow easily.

This flat is very comfortable, super clean and very handy for Reading and the area. There is a local shop just across the road and The Retreat pub is very cosy and again just across the road. I would stay again if I was in the area. Free WIFI. TV had a great picture and easy to navigate with everything we needed and more.

The room was clean on arrival and very modern layout. Parking is just outside and the location is perfect for visiting the surrounding area including thorpe park. Would have been ideal for 2 people only.

Check in process was super easy and Sam was always on hand if we had any questions. The apartment was lovely and location was perfect to be able to walk around the town centre and river.
The location was excellent. The apartment was a great size and looked well kept although there were some marks on the wall in the bedroom that looked possibly like damage from damp(?). Otherwise it was generally clean and tidy. The doors were very secure with the security pads and I had no issues with access. Thanks again.
Lovely flat and just as pictured. Kitchen has everything you could want for a weekend away (or longer). Location is central which was perfect for us. Directions and arrival instructions were really clear and easy to follow.
The bed is very comfortable and plenty of space for both of us - we were a little sceptical on that looking at the size but pleased to be wrong!
We did have some miscommunication over check out times but it was approached and resolved very professionally. Really refreshing honest approach, thank you!

The location was in a peaceful area of Henley on Thames. The studio flat had every thing you needed and the attention to detail gets a 10 out of 10. You could walk into the centre of Henley and the river Thames all in all it was all first class.
A well designed and immaculately clean studio flat within easy reach of central Henley. Our host gave a friendly and detailed introduction to the accomodation. All the facilities that might be expected in a permanent home were to be found (dishwasher, freeezer, microwave, iron etc) together with minor items such as butter, milk, jam and biscuits etc. I fail to think of anything that could be added (curry powder already there).
Studio apartment was larger than expected and very well furnished. Very convenient for the centre of Henley and access very easy. Nice to have large bath sheets rather than smaller towels. The description of the rooms was accurate so cannot understand some of the posted reviews. Very quiet.
