Sara the host was an excellent communicator , especially around the parking arrangements.
The property was very spacious, the location was excellent! And for the money was a great find . We enjoyed the fish and chip shops nearby, the prom pub and Misha Bangladesh restaurant also 10 mins walking distance.
The beach was massive and clean.

Clean , tidy , had everything we needed for a short stay , decor and furnishings were nice . Although we didn’t use them leaving a few teabags and coffee was a nice touch . Contact about the key was good and easy to use .

The Chinese, Japanese and Vietnam theme are very interesting. The owner lady was so helpful and friendly. The flat is very clean and comfortable. Convinced location and shops and amusements are just around the corner.
The chalet was equipped with all the essentials you needed in a self catering place. Clean and tidy. Comfortable beds and sofa bed. Loads of dvds, a couple of games for families to play. Lush shower. Beautiful place.
We enjoyed our short stay at "Rosehill Beach". Friendly owner, quick to respond to messages. Great location. The chalet is very close to the beach and a good base to get to other places like Winterton, Horsey Gap or Great Yarmouth.

The chalet was very modern and clean. It had a very homely feel and a lot provided by the owner to help make it a great place to stay. Communication with the owner was brilliant and nothing was too much for him. Ideally placed for the arcades and bingo. Nearby is Hemsby which is like a mini Gt Yarmouth. Had a great short stay
