Fantastic location being very close to the beach and local shops. We did everything on foot. The property was very clean, spacious and felt welcoming. Complimentary Netflix was good for entertaining the kids after a long day out. Absolutely no complaints. Would definitely stay again.

The location was perfect for exploring Norfolks' coastal towns, most a 20 minute drive away.
The apartment was really comfy & fabulous decor.
Loved our drinks on the balcony listening to the church bells .
Fab cafe at the bottom of the oak stairs serving delish food.
GREAT MASSINGHAM is a picture perfect village.
Gorgeous village walks with 5 duck ponds. Our dog Cpt Jack loved it.

Lovely location, with a short walk to the beach. Accommodation had everything needed with some very personal touches to make you feel at home. Bed very comfy with plenty of fresh linen. Breakfast for self catering consisted of collecting items from kitchen to cook in your chalet, lovely fresh eggs and bread from local bakery, cereals, yogurts and a variety of spreads.
Staff were really pleasant and more than ready to help with any queries. Would definitely go back again.
Spotlessly clean caravan although well used. Hot water was plentiful. Carpets need attention as potential for trips and falls. Comfortable enough particularly with 2 small children. 2 loos also helpful. For our short stay everything was provided for particularly in kitchen. Main bedroom had TV and dimmer switch. Netflix etc available plus DVDs and games for children
Comfortable rooms, really near the beach and within walking distance of at least 3 pubs/restaurants. Room had everything we needed for a short stay and the breakfast bits were a lovely touch. Lots of nice drives and walks, with multiple nature reserves in the area. Although there is a camp site on the property, really quiet at night.
The chalet was well set out and had everything you could need for for a short stay.
It is situated on a lovely, well looked after park. The chalets have plenty of room and its a very safe environment for children. We would definitely return.
Everything was provided in the caravan for what we needed.
Location was good to visit surrounding area.
We got passes to use site's facilities which was useful for our short stay,
please note self catering and you have to bring your own bedsheets etc No Staff ,but good set of notes with phone numbers. Just a quick niggle, please let us kno where to switch things on, like the WiFi. Near ( by car ) an big LIDL , NISA on site
The location being 3 minutes walk from the beach is fantastic.
The variety of accommodation is also fantastic , camping, self catering, shepherds huts, bed & breakfast etc etc
I stayed in a self catering apartment which was warm , cosy, well appointed and very clean.
