I stayed at Q Square for 23 nights (I extended my original booking by 2 days), and it was an overall delightful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to assist. The facility is equipped with all the modern conveniences, which made my stay both comfortable and personal. Its prime location in the city center was another major advantage, giving me easy access to shops and other amenities.
The ambiance of the hotel is worth highlighting—it's very artsy, which was a big plus for me as an art lover. The art pieces, paintings, and décor in both the rooms and the reception area were stunning and created a unique, warm, and inviting atmosphere. Every detail added a touch of creativity and charm that truly enhanced my stay.
Another aspect I appreciated was the once-a-week housekeeping service, which was timely and thorough. It was great to return to a clean and refreshed apartment each week..

Great location in a sweet little village near Gatwick. 2 pleasant pubs serving food nearby and a Deli. The owner had thoughtfully left fruit in a basket and milk in the fridge. Tea, coffee & sugar also provided. There's even a washing machine should you need it. Parking is great as you can park right outside the Hideout. Very handy for Purple Parking, if you're heading to Gatwick.

Di was there to meet us, and is a fantastic host. The apartment was spotlessly clean and everything was there, including welcome drinks. There is a supermarket and places to eat just up the road, and Di shared where and where not to go. As a Gatwick stop over this is ideal and also walking distance of the train station. Would I recommend this....yes certainly. Thanks Di.
The team managing the apartment were very friendly, they welcomed us to the building and also allowed us to have dinner at their restaurant below on a busy Saturday evening. The food at the Limes restaurant was exceptional. The main bed in the room was comfortable but the sofa-bed was not.
The warmth and friendly reception even while we were getting sleep only late un the night for check in ...also the willingness to help and comply on behalf of the reception Manager .the facilities ay the apartment was perfect .
The apartment was absolutely excellent and more than we hoped for. We used it for a Gatwick airport pre-flight stay and it was perfect. 20 mins from the airport. Our host Di was terrific on communication and the little touches were really appreciated. The double bathroom was also really helpful for four of us! We would highly recommend thank you so much.
