Location-close enough to town to walk but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing.
Clean - the whole apartment was sparkling, clean, bright, and very Zen.
 Everything I needed-the kitchen was appropriately start with dishes and cookware and utensils. There was a fan. Also, a hairdryer available hidden under the bed :-)

A fantastic location and lovely apartment.
Lovely secluded garden area, perfect for my dog, it was like a home from home in a beautiful setting. Only a short walk to the local beaches at St Ives and Carbis Bay.

Location was amazing, the apartment was clean and super functional. Towels were very fluffy!! Toiletries were lovely. Parking was good.

It was a cosy apartment with all essentials needed for few days; the location was handy as it was close to the beach and Asda.
Access and instructions were easy and clear.

The location was perfect for our trip, having off-street parking. A big plus Host Sam went above and beyond to help every step of the way! you could not fault the cleanliness of this home and yes it is a home not one of those baren rentals!
Location and proximity to Hayle was good for our group.
The price was quite reasonable. Basic accommodation which did the job. You get what you pay for, the property reflects this.
Site facilities (shop, bar, restaurant and launderette) are very convenient and sufficient for a short stay.
