A flat in the middle of Cambridge for a reasonable cost – what could be better? Starting from the goods: one-bedroom apartment right in the middle of the city with 10 mins walk to the colleges and opposite to an airy park. On arrival, you can find the entrance of the building to the left from the parking space, and the keys are locked in a coded locker located on a wall of the building with the code provided to you via an app just before your arrival. The flat is on the second floor. But there is no lift, and the staircase is made of iron steps going around like in some old buildings, so be careful. A flimsy door opens to an old fashioned flat, but with beautifully renovated kitchen and bathroom. The property was clean, and you can find the washing machine and dishwasher in the kitchen too. There were a lot of extras such as salt, pepper, sugar, tea etc which was a nice touch.
