Perfect location close to the town centre and railway station.
The apartment was well decorated and clean. Everything you needed was provided. The owner (Martin) was friendly and extremely helpful. We were going to Brechin at night, and Martin gave us a lift to save us getting a taxi/bus. Exceptional service. I would highly recommend the Esk House Apartment.
I will definitely be back.

Once inside the apartment was overall ok but not perfect. The lounge area was ok but the dining area was very poorly lit. The bathroom was bright but no lock. The Internet connection was good. We did manage to have our family together and the takeaway was good from across the road.

We loved the apartment.The quality of all the furnishings was amazing well done to the owner.The location was perfect 10 to 15 minute walk to the train station.
The only things in our experience that we could have benefited from were washing up liquid in the kitchen and liquid hand soap in the bathroom and kitchen( there was a used small piece of hand soap in the bathroom and the dish it was sitting in was dirty )
The fan in the bathroom was also very dirty and smelly.
These are small things to point out to the housekeeping staff and we wouldn't mark the property down on this it is only to point this out for future guests.

This lovely homely apartment is set by the sea in picturesque Gourdon. It has everything you’d need for a pleasant stay and feels like a home from home. The owner was very welcoming and the accommodation is to a high standard and is very clean. We couldn’t be happier with our stay.
Self catering cottage, although milk, tea, coffee and biscuits were made available. The location was perfect, across from the harbour, with a friendly bar and fish and chip shop.

¹and Montrose.Very handy for the Harbour Bar and Quayside Restaurant. Brilliant fishmongers, too, on the pier. Lovely welcome from Emma, the owner. Short journey to Inverbervie with excellent shops. Saw a whale in the bay one evening!
Nice location in harbour village. Good views. Welcoming host with sound communication throughout. Comfortable beds and relaxed vibe to the apartment and area in general.
Great location for exploring the coast, plenty of interesting places to visit. Wonderful walks in each direction to Inverbervie or Johnshaven.
Apartment had everything we needed, lovely & cosy to come back to after a day out.

Driftwood is a lovely cosy apartment, bedrooms are very spacious. It has everything you need for an away from home, home. Bedding is lovely as are the super soft towels, Gourdon is a small fishing village with walking from the door.
Beds were super comfortable, location was perfect, host was friendly and helpful. The local pub and restaurant were really nice and just a minute walk away. Very well equipped apartment in a lovely village. Can't wait to go back!
