Very comfortable apartment with a very well equipped kitchen. The kitchen utensils and crockery were of a high quality which isn't always the case with holiday rental apartments. Tea, coffee, milk and biscuits were available to us on arrival which was a nice touch.

I booked last minute and from start finish the experience was superb. Sue kept in touch via text and was really accommodating. Sue's husband showed us around and gave us some local hints of where to visit; what a lovely person! The accommodation was warm, welcoming and spotless; more of a home from home than just somewhere to stay. Dog and child friendly. Value for money, coming in slightly cheaper than equivalent hotel's for the same amount of people; I'm glad I took the decision to go local, worth every penny!

Easy access and parking, nice touches re food and amentiies. Enjoyed my stay, though didn't meet the hosts as with other places I have used it was not a problem. Everything was available and if need help, I knew where I could go.

On our arrival, we were created by a warm, friendly welcome from Nicky 😀. Nook is beautiful. It's clean, cozy, and has everything you need. It is beautifully decorated. Thank you, Nicky, for the beautiful scented fresh garden roses left in the room it created a lovely aroma in the room. We loved your shower and enjoyed the beverage left for us. It's a quiet and peaceful apartment. We got a good night sleep after a busy day in Barnstable. We would definitely recommend this place 10/10, and we will be visiting again. This is a delightful studio, ideal for a few days break in North Devon. Within easy reach of many attractions. Clean, comfortable, well planned and equipped, on site parking. We loved it and would highly recommend it. Great value too.

This modern tastefully designed apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable and fully self-contained. Steve gave us a warm welcome and send-off, and assisted us with our luggage as I was incapacitated. Free off-road parking available - always preferred when using a rental vehicle. Barnstaple is only 3.1 miles away, and there is a Co-op Convenience Store and Boots Pharmacy close by.
Friendly host let us know we could park on the drive and met us with the keys. The apartment was self contained and had everything you may need. Very clean and tatstefully decorated.
Beautifully decorated flat with everything you need. Well appointed kitchen, comfortable lounge, spacious bedroom with storage and extra sink and modern clean bathroom with shower over bath. Off street parking space. Convenient location for Barnstaple, Bideford and the Tarka Trail.
It was really smart, fresh and clean. Decor and furnishings were lovely. Good light blocking curtains in the bedroom. Nice little touches like milk and shower gel provided. Wifi was excellent. It was really comfortable, comfy bed. Good to have separate bedroom away from fridge noise etc that you get in studio apartments. Plenty of space. Option for dining in lounge and kitchen. Parking on driveway. Had everything I needed.
Easily one of the best holiday let's we've stayed in , very clean modern apartment fully loaded with everything we needed centrally located within easy reach of all local resorts and attractions and shops supermarkets a short drive away will certainly be coming back
