David is an excellent host and ensures you have all you need for the stay.
We stayed in owl barn, which was extremely comfortable. The room is cosy, clean and the bed very comfortable.
The little kitchenette was helpful and the tea/coffee/bread/milk very welcomed. The room was lovely and warm, especially after a fresh day exploring the forest.
There is a parking space located right outside the front of the property.
The property does require you to have a vehicle to move around the area and get to the various locations.
The property is situated on its own, immediately off the A36. The barn is lovely and quiet.
We walked the Langley Woods route, went to Brook, Lyndhurst and walked across the forest from Boltons Bench, and also for coffee in Burley.
We also enjoyed nice refreshments at the Green Dragon and the Bell Inn. In addition, we enjoyed a lovely meal at The Kings Head in Whiteparish.

Lovely apartment, it had everything we needed and the host very kindly left biscuits, bread, a couple of beers, bottled water etc, great location, and very clean. The hosts were also on hand nearby if we needed anything.
It was a self catering property. Location was ideal as the town centre was a minutes walk away. The gardens were absolutely beautiful and could be enjoyed as there was outside seating provided.
The only reservation about the property was the stair case, which would not have been suitable for less mobile visitors, as it was very steep and the treads were quite slippy.

The comfort of the apartment, the quietness and the parking right outside the door was ideal. We also found that it took only a few minutes to be sat outside on a glorious sunny evening at The George gastro pub down by the bridge and right on the river... wonderful. The welcome pack left for us was so considerate, including some drinks in the fridge: they really look after their guests. If we happened to be back in the area for any reason we would not hesitate to check The Snug out first.
Super cute studio, very clean with very comfortable bed. Quiet location. Jacqui is a great host, very friendly and helpful. Nice little touch like the snacks, biscuits and Easter eggs ! Yummy breakfast at the potting shed just a few steps away from the studio. Would definitely recommend for a short stay
Jacqui and Pascal were very friendly, on our arrival both welcome us warmly, explained the facilities well.
The surrounding area was very calm & peaceful which what we were looking for.
We stayed for 3 nights. The studio was perfect for us. Immaculately clean. Kitchenette was enough to prepare food, the small fridge was rather small for our drinks and food.
Lovely garden to hang out & bbq.
Definitely recommend staying here.
