The drinks and snacks and breakfast selection were an unexpected surprise. The heating had been turned on so the room was super cosy and welcoming and both the lady I spoke to on the phone and the one who welcomed us were extremely accomodating. There were even chocolates on the pillows and the bedding and towels were like you would get in a really nice hotel. Was spotless too
