Lovely accommodation. Owners were very helpful and friendly. Facilities were great. Would come back.
For the travellers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
The Sheiling was a very comfortable and spacious house for three couples and 3 dogs. It is in a superb location overlooking Loch Earn, stunning views down the Loch and surrounding hills. Great area for walking and a great house for relaxing. Facilities were good for self catering, a home from home.
Lovely location on the Loch. Staff were very friendly. We stayed in a self catering lodge so didn't use the hotel facilities, but we did eat at the St Fillans convenience store for breakfast one morning and this was lovely!
Everything from the instructions on how to get there and the ease on getting in. The scenery was breath taking when sat in the backyard. The Jenny had left us with tea, coffee, cereal and everything that you could possibly need for as short stay.
A short walk and you’re next to Loch Earn with breathtaking views.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this letting it was a really delightful place to be.
Great value for money. Beautiful view from the living room. Great kitchen stocked with useful equipment. I like that the apartment was carpeted. Nice polite staff.
We had a lovely apartment with loads of space and a loch view. Perfect for the family and two dogs. Able to fish for free as long as we wanted which was a bonus!
This accommodation exceeded our expectations, the property was was absolutely beautiful and the owners have gone above and beyond to make this such an incredible little short stay home. It has all you could every possibly need for a short stay, everything has been thought of. The location was picturesque with stunning views and I would highly recommend this property if you are looking to stay in the Loch Earn area.
A really lovely little cottage, super small but well kitted out and perfect for a short stay to explore the area.
The cottage is in a nice secluded spot with great walks and Loch Earn on your doorstep.
The Achray House Hotel, a short walk away, does some lovely food.
