The owner of the property communicated really well with us. The caravan was clean and has almost everything you needed. The property wasn't too far from the reception and other activities for the holiday park. We had a really lovely stay.

Very nicely decorated and furnished rooms, comfortable beds and good bathroom facilities. Easy check in, owner provided keys for front door and bedrooms. Excellent value for money. Perfect for our overnight short stay to attend a friend’s party in Felixstowe.
Beautiful seaview, lovely space that had everything we needed. Loved the styling of the flat, especially with the local art/design touches, made it much more special than the generic 'niceness' of commercialised airbnb-type stays. Good curtains that were near blackout in main bedroom. Wifi speed was solid for work/video calls. Walking distance to convenience store/supermarket and a range of food: go to Alba Chiara for dinner and Gulliver's Wife for brekkie/lunch!

Everything in the Studio apartment is set out perfectly. Although quite small, everything is laid out well, giving all the amenities you need with plenty of space.
A fully functioning kitchen including a washing machine which comes in very handy.
The only thing going for the apartment is the location! The rest was well under average. From a filthy oven to no mirrors to dry one's hair...it was like a student flat, basic and a roof over ones head!. Communal entrance full of clutter with a mucky entrance, rubbish amd cigarette buts overflowing in the dispenser by the front gate. No shower gel or milk and bread as offered in the booking. An expensive 2 day stay for very little in return....feel fleeced and most certainly will not be recommending.
Wow! Wow! and more Wow! This is an absolute gem of a place. The location is spectacular - directly opposite the beach. The studio apartment is perfect. Parking is available. Donna (the host) keeps the apartment lovely and cosy with the heating on. There are lots of helpful notes around so that you aren't bewildered at all! I will definitely be back!
In summary, the location was superb and the rooms well kitted out.
An airy spacious apartment for a seaside flat, with extras which we were not expecting, e.g. cold water / ice dispenser.
A large kingsize bed in the larger bedroom was apprecaited in the heat.
The location was perfect - right on the beach, close to shops and amenities. The studio is really cute - perfect for a couple. The bed was really comfortable and the apartment was quiet. The TV had bbc iplayer and itv. You can sign into your own netflix account too.
The Studio Apartment is situated in a wonderful position for walking directly onto the sandy beach across the road. Comfortable apartment with all you need for a few days by the sea. Very comfortable king size bed, quiet and plenty of free on road parking opposite the apartment.
