Well equipped, tastefully furnished and very convenient for the station for visits to Edinburgh and Burntisland. Although close to the station, it was a very quiet road and not much noise from the neighbours. There was a well stocked co-op a short walk away and a couple of pubs (but didn't try them).

Really comfortable and spacious. A proper home from home and one of the best nights sleep I’ve had in months! And there’s an excellent Chinese takeaway just round the corner so we didn’t cook (though the kitchen facilities are excellent!). Really lovely coastline to explore nearby.

The Studio is in a stunning location, with local amenities on your doorstep and places to visit close by. A prime location for 'Outlander' fans. The Studio itself was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was simply amazing and really sets you up for the day. John, the owner was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Would recommend The Studio at Maspie House 100% and wouldn't hesitate to go back. Thank you for a wonderful stay. 😊
Lovely apartment, everything you could ever need was there, the outside space was lovely too. We had complentary scones, and the owner kept in contact with us during the day of check-in as we needed to change the time. All in all, a lovely stay.
It had pretty much everything you could ask for in an apartment style room. Bathroom, shower, fully stocked kitchen AND washing machine. Plus access to your own private garden in the back! It was decorated and looked pleasant. It was also really close to the center of town! There was free parking about a 2 minute walk away from the property
The host was very flexible with my late checkin and even left me a scone to enjoy upon my arrival.

Beautiful location tucked away beside Falkland palace. I cannot speak highly enough of Maspie House studio. It is exceptional - understated luxury, attentive yet not intrusive hosts who have anticipated your every need. A little piece of heaven in the Kingdom of Fife, nestling at the foot of the Lomond Hills. Scottish hospitality at its very best.
The studio apartment was very comfortable with plenty of room and chairs. The breakfast was very good and delivered at a time of our choosing.
It was a great location with views of the Palace and very quiet in the evening.
The Hayloft is perfect location and has everything you could possibly need. The apartment is very cute and decorated beautifully. It has character and charm. The host even left me 2 freshly baked scones with butter and jam. I will definitely be returning. Just a lovely stay all in.
we love the location as well as the studio apartment. There is plenty of room, the bed is comfortable and the Continental breakfast is excellent. We’ll be back.
