The location..liz and her husband are very welcoming. Nice touch was biscuits and tea/coffee... milk&water in the fridge....the apartment is very modern. Clean..and very quiet and peaceful...great for travelling to nearby seaside towns and Exeter City shopping plus museum.

Lovely, comfortable and modern apartment with private parking space in an excellent location for getting around Exmouth easily - just a short walk from the sea, shops and train station. The agency was helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay (especially the nice sunsets seen from the living room/terrace) and would definitely be happy to stay here again.
Lovely, well equipped, clean, compact but very comfortable studio apartment, which met all our needs for a 3 day stay in Exmouth. Kara was very personable and welcoming. We particularly appreciated her allowing us to store our bikes in her secure garage as one of our main reasons for staying in Exmouth was to cycle the Exe Estuary trail. Good location with a steady 15-20 minute walk to the town centre and/or sea front.
Self catering apartment with all the facilities that we needed. Lots of extras including milk, coffee, tea, biscuits and freshly made cake. The apartment was very modern and extremely comfortable. Safe parking was on site. Debbie couldn't have been more helpful. Lovely views across the estuary.
Apartment is very modern and clean is also well and truley stocked up with all necessary essentials, the flat is based in the town centre and the beach is only a 10 mins walk which we found great. No good if you cannot walk up stairs though as there are 3 flights of them. Even though we were not from around the area the neighbours seemed very understanding and knowledgeable.
If you would like a really good cafe we would recommend Franklins which is 5 min walk away.
The property was very well presented and clean. We stayed in the self catering flat, which contained everything we needed for our short break.
Loved the views of the estuary from the kitchen window. The neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful.

Lovely flat in the centre of town so easy access to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed a boat trip, a walk along the river trail and walks along the coast trail. Bus and rail transport were also excellent.
The apartment was spotlessly cleaned. Nice linens and towels.
Owner was very welcoming and friendly. The bottle of Prosecco was a lovely treat. Also very pleased to have some milk tea and coffee provided.
High standard of the flat and nice pastel colours- all helps to relax. Excellent apartment, close to the sea and shops. Very clean throughout and all interior is very new, well designed and maintained. Great stay.
