It is a big far from the city center but it was convenient because there’s supermarket and public transport nearby (tube & bus stop) however, the sofa bed is a little bit soft and might be a cause to backache if stay for many nights.
But over all it is a great place to stay in London.

Lovely apartment close to stadium we were seeing concert. Host Jubed was excellent in keeping us informed of how to gain entry as well as giving us lots of local info. Stayed with a friend in the apartment. Very comfortable beds. Bathroom super clean. Good amount of utilities in kitchen and large fridge.

My family (9 adults, 2 children) was really impressed in the accommodation, especially my parents. They even said that it was the best accommodation we booked so far (which i totally agree). The apartment is close to everything - wood green station (helped us a lot in travelling esp we have 2 children with us), grocery stores, asian stores, restaurants, fast foods, mall. It also has everything we need like pots, pans, utensils, cups, glasses, toiletries, extra sheets, towels and a lot more. The 4 rooms are surprisingly spacious, clean and comfortable. 2 showers and 2 toilets are available. Condiments and treats like cornflakes, biscuits, milk, tea coffee, sugar, and fruits were also provided, which is really a plus point for us because it saved us money. Sam (the host) was really kind, friendly, generous, and very easy to talk to. He even gave us a discount for the extra person we brought. I and my brother will definitely do a vlog about our stay here. Just follow "Akinos Adventures" and "Paul Nigel Vlog". Will surely come back for the next vacation.

Loved the modern touches, attic-style was excellent. Exceptionally well looked after by cleaning staff! Digital codes on doors were fabulous and allowed each of us to come and go at different times with needing keys. Access to Underground and London was awesome.

Nicholas is a very responsive host that responded acutely to any slight mishap to the flat -- e.g. The cooker was not working as well and he immediately offered to order takeout, bought an electric cooker that came the next day, and arranged for a technician to come to take a look. He is respectful of boundaries but is attentive to any needs.
A very spacious and well equipped apartment, according to the descriptions and expectations. For access, I found the keys in a box with a code that was sent in the morning of the check-in day.
The center can be reached by buses 121 or 329 to the nearest metro and then by metro. Approximately 35 minutes to the center. Bus station very close. Also very close you can find a store with very diverse food products at good prices.
