All of it. Quiet, cosy, clean. Kelly and Simon are lovely hosts and very helpful with recommendations and any local information we were looking for. There was a lovely welcome back waiting for us which was so kind and set us up for breakfast the next morning, along with a lovely, fresh, bunch of flowers. We both slept so well there. Everything is spotlessly clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend the Hayling hideaway. :)

In my situation, visiting family with no transport, Grace Lodge is perfect. On a good bus route, shops and restaurants nearby and a short distance down to the beach and a nice area to go for a walk in. Grace Lodge also has the facilities to enable me to entertain my family if I so wished and use of the garden would be a bonus if the weather was good.

this apartment is a great location, it is a fantastic apartment, very large and very contemporary. I always wish we could stay longer to enjoy it more.
This really was such an amazing find communication from the owners with speedy and efficient , the location was perfect, 10 minutes walk total the harbour and it was really well equipped . So much thought had gone into to designing and styling the apartment, the New York loft theme carried through each room and all of the accessories. Also having an allocated parking space was a real bonus.
The location suited us by being close to Emmsworth and visitor attraction s in the area. The facilities were what we needed for a couple looking for self catering accommodation.
The flat was very clean and adequately equipped. The location was perfect for us, being midway between pubs/food, and the Crematorium as the funeral was the main reason for our visit.
Beautifully decorated apartment with everything we needed. Easy check in process and the hosts were very friendly and immediately responsive when we had queries, despite us arriving on Christmas day. This was a perfect base for visiting family close by.
