Beautiful apartment, well appointed and wonderful view of the cathedral. Incredibly spacious and light. Really warm even in freezing temps. Communications with owners was great.

Self catering facilities excellent. Warm and welcoming. Spacious for 2 guests. Any queries before arrival answered quickly. Location good for Ely sightseeing and the setting for the apartment was quiet and attractive.

Lovely little self contained annexe. Was perfect for a short stay. Comfortable bed, all the usual facilities, nice surroundings, quiet. Hosts very friendly. As mentioned, the only downside was the smell of damp. Otherwise I would say it was perfect.

It was a lovely, self contained studio. Very cosy, but not cramped. The breakfast items we were provided were wonderful as well.
For the travellers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
Unfortunately the second evening stay was not so good due to constant noises from one of the other apartment at city studios of someone stamping along the floor repeatedly all through the night until 5am so we both had little sleep
Absolutely spotless “loft” apartment with an extremely comfortable bed.
The owner left milk, water, pain au chocolate, tea, coffee and sugar which was very much appreciated.
Lovely walk near the house to a beautiful conservation area which our little dog loved.

Short stay parking (30min) opposite for loading and unloading. Parking options made clear at outset. Excellent communication with hosts. Would definitely recommend.
We had a wonderful stay at Pear Tree House Studio Really lovely spacious apartment in a nice quiet location, just 15mins from central Ely. Perfect for exploring the city and abundant natural beauty of the local area. Friendly helpful hosts, always available when needed for guidance and info.
Peter and Gill are excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome. The studio was lovely very comfortable and very well equipped. The croissants and milk was a nice surprise and we really enjoyed our short stay. We will definitely book again.
