Perfect place to spend a day or two. We were there awaiting departure of our cruise ship, so only stayed one day. You could not ask for more gracious or accommodating hosts. They made us feel like family. Exceptionally clean and nicely appointed.

We ended up not staying even though we had prepaid for the property. We had just disembarked from a cruise and planned to spend one night in Southampton and then reboard another cruise. We asked where we could safely store our luggage until check in. The property owner had no place for us to do that and offered no help at all. We could not sit around from 8AM until 4PM on a curb in a neighborhood with our luggage. It was not doable so we booked a room at a hotel in the cruse port area.

I appreciate the host trying to help us. Air conditioning was on the list and really it was one fan. It was an extremely hot day and although she brought fans it was a hot night sleeping and very uncomfortable.

Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. The location was very convenient for town and my work plans. The studio apartment is small but good for two people. There is a very comfortable double bed.
Perfect location, walking distance to the town and train station. The apartment was clean, modern and comfortable. There was little noise so that it was easy to work during the day when needed.
Central location. Had all the mod cons you need for a short stay with an equipped kitchen and lounge area with TV and all felt spacious. Better option for the same price as a travelodge/premier inn etc.
Apartment was spotless and nicely furnished, beautiful modern bathroom, kitchen and appliances adequate for a short stay, although would have liked more cooking equipment. No shortage of hot water was a big plus.
nice location and easy to access. the apartment was super clean and to a really nice standard. host was really nice letting us check in 30 minutes early as we arrived quicker than expected! amazing facilitates has everything you would need, a small home away from home really. the building itself was super quite which was nice.
Family of 5 visiting paultons park so decided to stay here. Great location, 15 mins drive to the theme park. 2 large king/queen sized beds which were very comfortable. Very modern apartment, couldnt fault it. Excellent place to stay 👍🏻
