Great flat in a good location in Reading. Lots of space and very clean. Owners were easy to get hold of when we had a problem with a key and sorted us out very quickly. I definitely recommend staying here.

Everything. It was in a great location, very accessible and I was very impressed by what I got for the price. In fact I got so comfortable once I was in, that I was late getting to the event I needed to go to! Then didn’t want to get up the next morning! A very nice and comfortable stay indeed and I will definitely be staying here again if I need to visit Reading again in the future.

The property was clean and tidy. The owners allowed us to drop stuff off, before the check in time which was really helpful. When we got there, the cleaners were in, but didn’t make any fuss about us dropping our clothes off. The owner was really helpful and quick with responses. It all helped to make a great stay for us.

location was a bit tucked away, but within easy walking distance to the city centre, this added to the secluded quiet nature of the accomodation which is what i wanted, peace and quiet. Shops are just around the corner,and there is a lovely pub a few minutes walk away.

This flat is very comfortable, super clean and very handy for Reading and the area. There is a local shop just across the road and The Retreat pub is very cosy and again just across the road. I would stay again if I was in the area. Free WIFI. TV had a great picture and easy to navigate with everything we needed and more.

Was fantastic! Great location in Reading near the city centre. Only a little walk to the train station from where it’s easy and fast to get to London. Also other nice cities and places are good connected. Property was perfect for us and everything was there what we needed. We already think of going there again!

The apartment is lovely and very comfortable, you'll find everything you need in it. It is at walking distance from the main campus of the University of Reading. The neighborhood is very quiet. Phil is a very nice owner and a great host.
Beautifully decorated private apartment, has all the facilities you could need for a solo trip business or leisure. Very pleasant and attractive ambience. Highly recommended.

We rented both apartments to accommodate 8 family members as we were attending a family wedding in Reading. The apartments are decorated and furnished to a very high standard, exceptionally clean, well furnished and extremely comfortable. With 3 rooms across the apartments having ensuites plus 2 main bathrooms getting everyone ready, including the bride was stress free. Beautiful well kept gardens at the back. Absolute pleasure to stay in and I would highly recommend Maple Lodge.
