Baba was there to greet us on arrival and was very welcoming. She showed us our rooms which included a private bedroom, bathroom and living room - all tastefully decorated, very clean and really homely. The bed was comfy and after 10 days in our camper van it was the relaxing break we needed. I highly recommend Baba's place to anyone looking for a restful break in a great Skye location.

We had a lovely stay in Dunvegan, despite the miserable weather! Upon arrival, we found some homemade vegan oatties which was a lovely surprise. We had also been left some oat milk which was very thoughtful. The accommodation itself was clean and bright. Warm and comfy. The facilities were modern and had everything we needed. The photos don't do it justice. It was right beside a sheep field which provided much entertainment. There's a few places for food on the road nearby but otherwise the area is quiet and tranquil. Would highly recommend this accommodation for a visit to Skye!

Great pre arrival communication from the host, with directions ( dont follow google but if you do its only 1 minute away from actual place) We were greeted with a warm cosy bothy everything was beautifully set out. Super infopack that told us all we needed to know. The host dropped by and chatted giving some great local knowledge. We used the hot tub (it was fab don't miss out on it) super quiet relaxed stay would heartily recommend

We had a wonderful stay at Lochanside. The scenery is beautiful, and the surroundings are incredibly peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax. Mark and Ann were incredibly thoughtful, providing fresh bread, milk, and even whisky upon our arrival, which made us feel very welcome. Although we were staying in the same house as them, we had a separate entrance, so we had complete privacy.
The double bed was very soft and comfortable, and the kitchen was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking. I was especially delighted to find a moka pot when I thought we’d only have instant coffee. The living room was cozy and made us feel right at home.
A special thanks to Ann, who came out to greet us when we arrived and also when we left, giving us a warm welcome, explaining the facilities, and ensuring we were safe during our stay. We absolutely loved this place and would highly recommend it!

Simon and Sara are most lovely and friendly people I’ve ever met in Scotland. They are here for you to answer every questions you might have. For our stay they helped us preparing our days and journey allowing us to see wonders that are not too crowed. Besides Sara is the best cook ever ! I felt in love with Skye.

The remoteness and views from the Pods were exactly what you expect when staying in Skye. The Pod had everything you needed to make meals and stay comfortably. Very clean and tidy, hot water was hot and the pressure in the shower was good. The heater worked brilliantly to heat up the space within minutes and was on upon our arrival. Bed and bedding was fantastic and comfortable.
Island view room 2 is situated in Harlosh. Located 13 km from Dunvegan Castle, the property provides a garden and free private parking. Outdoor seating is also available at the apartment.
For the travellers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
The apartment was really big, there were two bedrooms, a large living room, a kitchen with coffe and a garden. There were only two of us so we really had enough of space.
Exceptional in every way. Baba is so welcoming that I felt right at home straight away. The apartment it beautiful, with everything you could possibly need and lots of nice little extras. Very comfy bed and spotlessly clean throughout. Baba gave some good ideas of places to visit, which were all great. I used this place as my base on Skye for 3 nights. Tom and Jerry, Babas cats are cuties. I couldn't recommend this place highly enough. I would definitely stay again. Thanks for a fantastic stay.
The apartment we booked did not have a dedicated entrance, so there are no separated keys needed. We have been awaited by Sue and she showed us everything. Sue is really a great host and the apartment is a cozy place. We wished that we could stay longer, and if we visit Sky again, we will definitely try to stay there again.
Perfect stay for two. It was the best apartment we had in our days in Scotland. Cosy, warm and all you need is there.
We noticed that who designed the place made sure that the guests had everything they needed.
Rebecca was a great host and very caring. Despite our late check in, she still came to greet us and offered suggestions for visits.
Parking for our car was exactly near the apartment door so we did not need to make any effort to transfer the heavy luggage from the car to the apartment.

The Loft is a very nice apartment with great view over the loch. The hosts are most welcoming and very friendly, thinking ahead for the traveller with a good description of the route to the apartment and providing all the information for a stay at Skye. The Loft itself is very well kept and extremely clean.
The location of the Loft makes is a good base-camp for all kind of tours around the island.
The best place that we stayed in entire Scotland! Carys was an extremely welcoming host. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped. Just in case of bad weather, you can choose from a big variety of books, board games, and BlueRay movies.
Views from the apartment's window were amazing. You can also take a short walk to see beautiful cliffs.
Highly recommended! We hope to visit Lofthouse again.
Would really recommend staying here. The loft apartment has everything you would need, well equipped kitchen comfortable lounge area and a super comfy bed. Lovely welcome message with flowers and goodies was an added touch.
