Nice chalet, quite small but fine for a few nights' stay. Well equipped and warm once we turned heating on. A great shower and bedrooms had lots of storage. Lovely view outside (the nicest view was out the bedroom window). People were lovely and very welcoming. Nice to see the animals in fields outside. Good to have some supplies there like teabags.

We actually didn’t end of staying in the property because it had not been cleaned and it looked as if some one was living there. After an 8 hour journey this was not what we needed.

The space is spacious enough for a couple. The garden is gorgeous although we didn’t use it as it rained a lot during our stay.
Its location is very convenient to explore in any direction. There are regular busses close by and every 3ish hours you can go with the train to and from Edinburgh. The station is easily reachable via the street next to the co-op.
Good co-op with a good choice close by.
The church bells do stop for the evening at 2300h

Great location, easy to access keys. A true 'home away from home' with everything you could need provided. Ideal for our dog Loki who loved to go for long walks in the fields directly to the rear of the cottage.

This was our third stay here and we highly recommend it . As in the description you are close to the beaches , shops/ high street and railway station . So peaceful and quiet . Get to see sunset from lounge and kitchen windows. Balcony is lovely in the warmer weather . Was lovely to see a Christmas tree up in the lounge on our arrival , a lovely seasonal touch .

The location was convenient for all parts of Dunbar and close to bus stops, the rail station and shops. Although the flat is located above the High Street, there was very little noise in the evening. From the kitchen window there is a view across the Firth of Forth, over the Bass Rock towards the shores of Fife. All the furniture is very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped.
The apartment was spacious, it's worth noting there is a downstairs WC as well as separate shower room with toilet on the first floor. Plenty towels, decent bed linen. Location is great, you could hear the sea with the window open.
Good location near the middle of town. Very friendly staff who gave me a warm welcome and showed me around the facilities. My room was en-suite and had a sea view. really nice clean room with everything I needed for a short stay.
Superb location! Wonderful sea views from our room and the restaurant. Coastal path easily accessible from the hotel. It was a flat, easy walk with lots of benches should you need to rest. Dunbar an easy 15 minute walk with a harbour, shops and one or two eateries. North Berwick, Eyemouth and St Abbs worth a visit and close by. The breakfast had good choices and the two meals we had were very good if a little on the expensive side.
Everything. I like space to stretch out and chill, the lounge is bigger than some hotel rooms I've stayed in. I like to do my own cooking, kitchen is nicely laid out so I could channel my inner masterchef (I'm not that good)
I have stayed in many local hotels, flats and apartments via various Internet sites, East Beach is the best one to date.
Beautiful modern apartment with a magnificent view overlooking the town and sea. The dining table at the big window is fabulous to sit at and either gaze out of or eat, drink, relax at. It is also a very good location for Dunbar town and also for exploring the area round about. The apartment is safe and secure and has great hosts who have always responded quickly to all my messages. Would highly recommend and hope to return.
