Location is great, opposite the river with some lovely views. Car Parking is plentiful - layby directly opposite property fits 4 vehicles, but there are 2 proper car parks within a few hundred metres.
Host (Peter) really communicative and pleasant with clear instructions on where to park, how to access the building and keys etc.

Fantastic location for us to visit family. 20 minutes walk away. Great off road parking and a garden to let the dog out. Lovely touch with the bread and eggs in the fridge.

The host met me on arrival and was friendly. The kitchen/sitting room is large and has most of the things you need (no scissors). There is a washing machine (elderly but functional) and a large ceiling-mounted drying rack. The bed upstairs is large and comfortable. The wifi was fine. There was plenty of hot water. Some people might find that aspects of the accommodation have character.

Tina met us on arrival, and we couldn't have asked for a warmer welcome. We were delayed arriving, and Tina was so welcoming. Property was beautifully clean and amazing.
Can't wait to come back. Brilliant value for money with everything you could need, even fresh milk in the fridge. Have to say one of the best places I have stayed.

Terrific value for money. Full studio apartment (living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom with TV and central heating. Tea, coffee, milk, butter, bread and eggs provided for breakfast. Clean and well presented. Nice location near town centre and river. Would definitely return if visiting Dumfries again.

Flat 18 was gorgeous, super clean, great host, parking bay just over from the apartment, it was a ground floor. The host left some treats for us, like chocolates, drinks, cereal and fruit. It was lovely decorated, the beds were comfy and warm. From the apartment we found our way around Dumfries area.
Older style 2 bedroom apartment. Spacious and comfortable enough, and sufficiently well equipped for self catering. The provision of eggs, milk and bread a nice touch. Close to the city centre and with good parking. At the price, very good value for money.
Had a great stay here - apartment is very cosy and very clean, perfect for a short stay for work. Very near shops/restaurants. Host Anetta is very accommodating and helpful. Would highly recommend.
We were self catering and that was fine. Various food items eg mini sweet bars and fruit were left for us.
The apartment is close to the town centre and also to riverside walks.
