It’s was alright but the heating didn’t work well on time took almost 6 to 8 hours to start feeling warm

Door locked. Shower worked. Bed comfortable. It was good.
Good price, good location, all rooms have self catering facilities, pretty good if you tired of eating chips, good Wi-Fi, good shower, windows open, fans available from reception if hot, free parking, bar downstairs, for a budget price actually OK
Despite the rather bad reviews here on the web page, we found it quite ok. For the price they ask, you can't expect a lot. The flat we got was not too clean, but not dirty either, you just see that some people don't wash their dishes and cutlery after having used them. There are the basic amenities in the room, no luxury, but what can you expect for that low price?
It’s very clean and tidy, well presented and the facilities are all in working order. It’s great value for money. There is a fridge in your room. Work space for cooking (it’s self catering of course) It has access to a beautiful court yard style garden which has a seating area and, a bbq and a fire pit. It’s ideal for someone who is living rough and has no where to turn.
A friendly, welcoming pub/hotel. Room had fridge, oven, cooker, microwave and is a mini apartment. Old building, so old wooden window frames, but so what? Live music or not overstated disco on my stay… landlord and staff are extremely helpful and friendly..
excellent location. large apartment very comfortable with everything you need for a long or short stay wish I had known about it when I was working in Dudley a few years back.

Fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, hobs, fridge freezer and dish washer.
Bed very comfy, and en suite excellent.
