The property was well equipped, very clean, we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, being next to all the shops. Even though the parking was around the corner, it was easy to park in.

Really nice little place to stay . Everything was clean , modern , had everything we needed there . Was really lovely to be in the orchard , very quiet and peaceful . Also felt very safe . Brought my dog with me and he loved it too . Lots of little touches we noticed , Bluetooth speaker , fire stick on the tv , wish we had stayed for longer !

The little touches like chocolates on pillows, and little soaps, breakfast cerial and how cozy it was, everything you'd need was there, the name suits, it is snug but in a good way, the bed was really comfy and the size was just right we had a really lovely stay and an enjoyable weekend, if we're ever in March again we will be back :-)

The location was perfect, only a 5 minute walk into the centre of Ely. The annexe had everything we needed and the host (Robert) was very helpful, providing some milk on arrival. It was also very quiet and the off-road parking was ample.
For the travellers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
Lovely host who was on hand to help if we needed her. Amazing modern studio which was spotless and included fabulous little extras that show the care that goes into hosting; making our stay fantastic. Parking was right by the door, then just a two minute walk into Downham Market town centre and shops.
The apartment was spotless. The hosts provided everything you could need for your stay and were very accommodating if you needed anything. Comfortable bed and lovely fluffy towels, very central to the town with shops just around the corner.
Didn't see much of the owners but they were very pleasant and always on hand if you need them. Comfortable relaxing apartment. Couldn't be better placed for all Downham Market facilities. Although it was self catering it was a nice touch to have fresh milk in the fridge for when we arrived and a nice little snack basket. Own parking space on the premises. Recommended.
