Tucked away, this is a lovely B&B annex, with an absolutley super host who was excellent in every way, from helping to find the property, to making sure everything was completely perfect throughout my all too brief stay. Lovely room, location, and the arrangements for breakfast, depite being only continental style, were really thoughtfully catered for.

We enjoyed the location, lots of things on for families. The location was clean and well maintained. Was easy to communicate with owners. caravan was pretty clean. Kitchen had all utensils you need for self catering. Tv had plenty of channels even though we rarely used it. Shower was a good size for a small caravan.
Easy access with key box on the front door. Spacious apartment, very comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen (we just used it for breakfast thought as they are plenty of dining options in town). Friendly and helpful hosts. Parking straight in front of the house and in the driveway. Good alternative to a hotel as it gives you plenty of space and more flexibility. Walking distance to Royal Dornoch Golf club.

The flat is brand new, spotlessly clean, and the location is excellent, a few mins walk from Dornoch T/C. We would definitely use this again in the future. First Rate.
The location is great. The caravan exceeded my expectations, as I had a pre-conception of what a static caravan might be like. This is like a small apartment, with everything we needed for our short stay over Christmas.
Our host had provided a Christmas tree and some small decorations as well as some most welcome treats.
Great flat in good location about 3 mins drive (10 mins walk) from centre of Dornoch. Apartment very clean, bright, airy and spacious. Well equipped kitchen and laid out apartment. Comfortable bed, plenty of wardrobe space. Couldn't fault it, highly recommend and would stay again.
