The property is large and bright. We had everything we needed for a short stay and I can tell the owners have listened to previous feedback to include utensils in the kitchen etc. The location is remote, it was mostly quiet apart from some work going on at the site, but this only happened during the day.

Lovely homely apartment, well equipped and centrally located. Apartment was a lovely size and would cater for a family of 4 or 4 friends with 2 double bedrooms, the one being a king-size bed. Comfortable beds and pillows and quiet bedrooms. Lots of equipment in kitchen cupboards, and plenty of towels. Thoughful touches, milk in fridge, tea, coffee, sugar etc. Excellent accommodation, would recommend.
The apartment was clean, andkey was easy to locate. The apartment was a well equipped and there were a plenty of supplies left for us. However, there were no bin oor space to put recyclable bottles etc. and no clrar idea of where to put a rubbish. The only down side was the steps and distance from our parking space.
Everything! A spacious, comfortable apartment, with so much thought for what guests might need put into it by the owners. A perfect location, too, with a great view, sitting in the crow's nest window watching the world go by - and everything you need on the doorstep.

We have stayed in loads of nice places but this has to be the best. Highly recommend if your visiting dawlish for a break. Will definitely be booking lawn view on our next visit if available.
Lovely spacious apartment; great location with everything you need nearby. Good pub grub a short walk away...and a lovely cream tea a short stroll down the road. Lawns and brook (with lots of wildfowl) can be seen from the window seat. Had a lovely walk to Dawlish Warren - takes about an hour but well worth it. Class all round...hope to come back some time and do the river walk.
I loved how close the flat was to the sea front. Loved the apartment being on ground floor as we had a 1 year old, it made getting in and out with a pushchair easy. Apartment was clean and came fully equipped with everything we needed. Lovely and quiet and a nice view of the rabbits from the balcony. Would definitely book again.
