Two excellent pub restaurants within five minutes driving distance. Easy to find, good access to Collumpton and to Exeter. Nice clean rooms and good apartment size. Possibility to prepare microwave meals and a fridge. Easy to walk from car to apartment, as I have mobility issues this was ideal. I feel the owner could highlight this advantage for potential guests. We used the room for a family and so was a cost effective option.

Thoughtful owners had provided some lovely touches for an agreeable stay - particularly liked the selection of books.

It’s very near the centre of town. So perfect location for anyone wanting to spend time in Exeter. Also very homely.

Everything about the apartment was excellent. It was spotlessly clean and tastfully decorated. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. The living area and large TV were both comfortable and inviting. The bed was very comfortable and we had a fantastic sleep. Thanks for the wine and water, much appreciated. We asked for a recommendation for a Chinese takeaway and were told to use the China Orchids and wow what a meal, thanks. Will definitely return but stay longer. Thanks again.
The Retreat is a very fresh looking ground floor one bedroom apartment. We found it to be spotlessly clean, with comfortable furnishings and modern kitchen and bathroom fittings.
The location suited us very well for visiting family nearby and its close proximity to the M5, enabling us to go to Taunton, Exeter and the coast easily.
We appreciated the breakfast provided and the lovely bottle of wine made us feel very welcome.
We will definitely consider staying there again when we're in the area.
The whole stay was excellent. It is a beautiful apartment and has been done to a very high standard. The continental breakfast was fantastic. We will definitely return.

Lovely location, lovely surroundings and lovely hosts. The Loft comes equipped with a fridge, toaster, microwave and kettle, a kitchenette and plenty of cutlery as standard and all the facilities were pristine on arrival. The average internet speed for the area is anywhere between 4 and 6mbps - if you need anything faster, there is strong 4G connectivity too (between 10 and 14mbps downstream). I could not be more complimentary about the hosts - Yves, Peter and Zoe are all truly wonderful people.
